How to Get Rid of Your Double Chin?

Alternative method 2:

In this exercise, either you can sit or stand straight.

Step 1: Keep your head straight.

Step 2: Now, turn your neck to the left side and stretch it as far as you can. 

Step 3: Hold this position for 10-15 seconds.

Step 4: Repeat the process by turning your neck to the right side.

Step 5: Return to the normal posture.

Repeat this exercise 10-15 times each day. 

Tongue stretch

The process:

Step 1: Keep your head straight and face ahead. 

Step 2: Bring your tongue out, keeping your head still.

Step 3: Then, lift your tongue up. Make it like you are trying to touch the tip of the nose. 

Step 4: Hold the position for about 10-15 seconds.

Step 5: Release the position.

Do repeat this process 10-15 times each day to see a satisfactory outcome.

Pucker up

The process:

Step 1: Lift your head and face towards the ceiling.

Step 2: Now, pucker your lips, like how you do when kissing someone or something. 

Step 3: Hold the position for about 10-15 seconds.

Step 4: Release the posture by slowly bringing down your head. 

Do this exercise 10-15 times a day. 

Ball exercise

For this exercise, you need a ball of about nine inches. For example, a green tennis ball. Then, follow the process:

Step 1: Put the green tennis ball underneath your chin. Ensure that it doesn’t fall.

Step 2: Then, slowly and gently press your chin against the ball.

Step 3: Do this for 10-15 seconds without dropping the ball. 

Repeat this exercise 20-25 times each day to get rid of your double chin. 

Straight jaw jut

Straight jaw jut is a simple exercise, unlike bottom jaw jut. The process includes:

Step 1: Lift your head and face towards the ceiling. 

Step 2: Then, push your lower chin up to feel the stretching.

Step 3: Hold the position for about 10-15 seconds.

Step 4: Slowly and gently bring your head down to a normal posture. 

Do this Straight jaw jut 10-15 times each day to find the difference before and after the exercise. 

Gum chewing

It sounds crazy, but chewing gum helps you stretch and strengthen the muscle around your jaw, reducing the excess fat to some extent. It isn’t so helpful, but still, there is nothing wrong with trying. Besides, it is a temporary solution to reduce your double chin. 

Besides these exercises, you can also do the Lion’s yawn. In this method, open your mouth (as much as you can), bring your tongue out, keeping your head straight.
